Furnace repair
No heat, a furnace that lights and quits, a heat exchanger that is no longer safe.

Denver metro · furnaces & air conditioning
Highline repairs and replaces the furnaces and air conditioners that have to keep up. No-heat calls go out first.
No heat after dark is a phone call, not a form. (303) 555-0194

No heat, or the house is climbing. Those calls go out before maintenance. Gas odor: leave, then Xcel at 1-800-895-2999.
(303) 555-0194Services
Forced air, central air, and heat pumps. Cottonwood in June. A heat exchanger the first night under ten degrees. Not boilers, not swamp coolers.

Heating
No heat, a furnace that lights and quits, a heat exchanger that is no longer safe.

Cooling
Warm air, a dead capacitor, a coil packed with cottonwood. Charged for this altitude.

Replacement
Sized for the house and the ducts you already have. Permit included when one is required.
Membership
Fall combustion check, spring cooling check, 10% off repair labor. One year, paid up front. It does not renew unless you say so.
Financing
A third-party lender can spread it out if you are approved. A sample $9,400 furnace at 9.99% for 60 months is about $200 a month. This site does not take an application.
How financing worksThe measurement
Brick bungalows still have the ducts from a gravity conversion nobody resized. A charge is checked for a mile of altitude, not for the sticker on a sea-level brochure.
Replacement visitsService area
Trucks would leave the Evans Avenue shop. Boulder, Castle Rock, Evergreen, and Brighton are outside it.

Sample reviews
Not testimonials. Highline is fictional. A live site would use this layout for reviews the company can stand behind.

“The heat exchanger on our 2004 furnace was cracked. They condemned it instead of selling us a control board, and the house had a new furnace in before the next front.”
Sample
“The capacitor died on a 98° Saturday. They answered, they came, and they did not add refrigerant to a system that did not need it.”
Sample
“They quoted the house, not a tonnage off a postcard. The ducts in our 1925 bungalow were the actual constraint.”
Sample
“Two visits a year. They read the static pressure and told us the filter we had been buying was the wrong depth.”
The sample diagnostic fee is $89 during shop hours, Monday through Saturday, 7:00 to 7:00. It comes off the bill if you approve the repair on that visit. After-hours no-heat and no-cool carries a sample trip fee of $149. These are demo figures, not a quote.
No-heat and no-cool go out before tune-ups. While the board is open, that usually means the same day. After 7:00 and on Sunday, the on-call tech takes those two calls and lets maintenance wait until morning.
Denver and the inner suburbs: Aurora, Lakewood, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, Wheat Ridge, Englewood, Littleton, Centennial, Golden, Highlands Ranch, and Parker. Boulder, Castle Rock, Evergreen, and Brighton are outside the loop. The service-area page will tell you from the ZIP before you book a truck we will not send.
Forced-air gas furnaces, central air conditioners, and air-source heat pumps. We do not take steam or hot-water boilers, swamp coolers, or window units.

Start with the ZIP. If it’s outside the loop, the form will say so before anyone pretends a truck is coming.
