Blower amp draw, contactor pitting, capacitor within its rating.
Cooling side
Condensate drain, outdoor coil, and a charge reading — not a guess from the supply air.
Members are scheduled ahead of non-member tune-ups. No-heat and no-cool still jump the line for everyone — a membership does not buy someone else’s cold night. After-hours trip fees are waived for members on those two calls. The repair itself is still billed, at 10% off labor.
